Highmark Youth
Challenge
Every child and teen participating in the “On Your Mark with
Highmark
Youth Challenge” is a winner!
This popular fitness program encourages children to take part in community
footraces…by either running or walking the 5K distance. And each child age
6 to 12* who completes one community footrace – or each youth age 13 to 18* who
completes two community footraces – receive free registration to The Great Race
courtesy of Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield.
After completing The Great Race (5K or 10K division), each youth receives a
personalized certificate recognizing the achievement. And since this is not a
competitive activity, everyone is a victor for simply taking on the challenge.
